2025-2026 Healthcare Coalition Project Cycle Now Open
The Healthcare Coalition is now accepting project submissions for the 2025-2026 cycle. These projects aim to enhance emergency preparedness, strengthen healthcare system resilience, and improve coordination among coalition members. The deadline to submit proposals is April 4, 2025, by close of business. For more details or to submit a project, please contact rclark@bchcoalition.com. Agencies wishing to submit projects, MUST be a Coalition member in good standing.
We are happy to announce that Coalition is now accepting project submissions for the 2025 – 2026 Project Cycle. The submission form and supplemental documents are attached: 2025 HVA, BCHC Vendor and Pride Policy 2024, and the HCC Capabilities. All organizations who meet the 73% attendance requirement and participated in the development of the 2025 HVA are eligible to submit projects. If you have any questions regarding your attendance, please send me an email and I will be able to share that information with you.
A few notes for project submissions:
- All project submissions must fill a gap identified in the HCC HVA or AAR/IP following an exercise or real event (please attach the AAR/IP, if applicable to the completed project submission document).
- Multiple project proposals may be submitted. Each submission must be separate.
- Trainings are considered as projects and submissions must outline the purpose of the course and targeted audience.
- Please read the instructions very carefully and complete the submission document entirely.
- Incomplete proposals will not be considered by the Board of Directors. All supplemental documents (submission form, quotes/fees, supporting letters…etc.) must be attached in ONE email to Reshena and submitted prior to the submission deadline.
- BCHC is unable to fund facility/agency specific projects. Priority will be given to projects that benefit all BCHC members and/or have a significant impact on the healthcare community.
- The due date for submission is COB April 4, 2025. No EXCEPTIONS
